Description of incident (inc date & time):

All the time replays are upside.

First the chase started normal, after some times he keeps saying that i am a bad cop because i am doing the P.I.T on him. He was going many time on Wrong Way and were doing brake check, After some time he decided to ram someone on the right side and left without say anything to him.

The user was typing while this happened, causing him to crash into that other user. He did not, however, apologise to him so will receive his final warning for ramming other users and not apologising.
