Leon issued the ban, but I doubt he will take any action until you use the unban template.

What you're saying doesn't make any sense.

You were not banned for drifting. Drifting is not against the rules. Why are you apologizing for it when it is not the reason for your ban?

What triggered the ban was you causing an accident and instead of doing the sensible thing - apologizing - chose to poke fun at the situation and make smartass remarks. Normally, this behaviour wouldn't trigger a 1 year ban, but seeing your URS - the system we use to record all offences - it's clear that you have no interest in our ruleset and choose to completely ignore what it dictates. This goes for both of your LFS accounts which you individually have managed to receive 1 year bans on.

That, combined with the fact that you don't even know why you're banned, makes me think this is a waste of effort.

It's who you are unverified is that Drift Arab I do not know if it could have caused an accident or other
