Tell them to say sorry the first time at 25:35 but he ignores it.
Ask them to say sorry again with no reply at 26:01
I finally get his attention at 27:02 but he still doesn't apologize.

For some reason, my shadowplay didn't save the DVR of the rest of the conversation after I saved the replay, but I told IskalL I was going to report him. IskalL asked me why and I told him because he caused a big accident and didn't say sorry. And he just says "go "

I spoke with him yesterday when he was on the server, as he's french, I explained to him what he did was clearely wrong, and he MUSt stop what he's doing.
Now admins you can be sure that this guy will stop this (look at chat log when he connected for further information, if you want translations I'm here)
