Were you fined for the offence 'Speeding'?
It is physically impossible to fine someone for the offence of 'Speeding' without a valid laser reading.

Yes i was fined for Speeding. I know it is impossible to be fined without a laser reading, but what i am saying is that he didn't show evidence.
