Description of incident (inc date & time):21/11/16
After starting to pull into the left lane to overtake him for some reason he started blocking me, forcing me to go onto the grass. After I pull along side him he starts to ram into me. After I actually pass him he still continues to ram my rear and actually tries to P.I.T me a few times and actually succeeds in the end. If you keep watching the replay I do actually try to talk to him but I simply get ignored.
