Description of incident (inc date & time): probably couldn't stand being overtaken, so he/she rammed me, did not say anything at first, first answer was "lost control", then when asked about the lack of apologies, second answer was "don't care"

There is now that you fixed the link, yes.

There's no way that the hit that sent you over the barrier was a loss of control, she also tried to block you when you were passing and it looked as though there were several attempts to nudge into the back of your car too.

I'll issue a confirmable warning for the ramming. Also i'd like to mention that telling somebody "enjoy the ban" is not a good way to react, you can tell them they will be reported but you should avoid assuming that any sort of action will be taken until it is.
