Indeed, everyone nowadays is driving either a TBO or a FZ5 on the server, except the people farming money. While in game this can be shown as acceptable, IRL, I don't think most people here hardly own a 190(or more) hp car.

Then, here comes my second idea, which goes with the first one. If we ever use my idea on the server, why not giving more advantages (I mean more than what it is now) to people who uses "low" hp car? Then we will be able to implement my idea, which is, IMO, not that much restrictive as we will have the same fucntionalities as before, i.e chasing/being chased. Therefore, my idea will be able to be implemented, as we will still have fair chases (you'll only have to be "skilled" for some drivers though )

Anyway, I don't see why it would be unfair to give to police officers either the XRG/XFG at very first as new players are mostly inexperienced and can do mistakes with powerful cars. New Constables aren't getting a unmarked 330d as a first patrol vehicle.

-1 from me. [VCU] and [HwA] are reserved for [TC] Members only. If there was another [COP] rank, as it were, it would slightly knock off some of the uniqueness of having a VCU and HwA rank. The COP awards system as it stands is quite well structured and organised. From Police Recruit to Commissioner (I think) is quite a lot of ranks. You can't just get from Recruit (0 XP) to Commissioner (500,000 XP (ish)) in one day...

I could suggest having the COP rank displayed within the InSim (Maybe next to the POLICE symbol at the top of the HUD)

EDIT: I really like Raphi's suggestion. I think in the CityDriving servers, speeds are higher than what would be in a normal police chase, many cars rarely exceed 120/130 mph (From watching lots of Traffic Cops/Police, Camera, Action)

A similar idea to yours has been posted internally previously, however it's a system that requires a lot of thought. If we have any more information in the future, we'll post here.
