If cars that had slicks will remain with Road_Supers, i suggest bumping MRT's income to +3.
That car was fun to drive with slicks as it was fast and nippy especially in SO.
Now with Road_Supers it's not as agile so there is no reason for it to have +1.

Not sure about +3 but +1 seems out of reason. (Btw, Insim can handle decimal numbers for incomes just fine.)
