56.02 : User rams and flips me. We are in chase.
56.20 : I am asking "what are you doing" and he says "running". Then trying to escape. I warn him for stop.
56.45 : He ramming me again. I warn him again and telling to him " i will report you if you don't stop"
57.55 : he escapes.

This user clearly hit into you head on and then proceeds to ram you out of the map - it is clear to me that he did not genuinely attempt to help you.

This user was very recently warned for disregarding our server rules and was also restricted to a UF1 (as a result of causing accidents). This user is also currently serving a 24 hour community ban based on user reports.

Taking this into account, he will be banned for 7 days. If this behaviour is repeated, this user can expect a more severe punishment.
