Incident Information
6:07 - zveris was driving too fast and couldn't brake in time to avoid this ram
6:36 - zveris decides to drive the wrong way while there is a car in front of him causing another accident
6:51 - he just decides to go to the wrong way for no reason, even his path was clear, so he hit someone at a red light
9:37 - zveris hits another police officer who was in another chase, causing him to miss the suspect
10:44 - Meaningless and dangerous driving that almost caused a serious accident
12:15 - He ram me
15:42 - Performing stunts during the chase

After this point his tires were very hot but he was using a heavy car, making it difficult to bust him and causing unnecessary chaos.

28:05 - Hits another player while driving in wrong way
30:12 - He ends up oob, after a tough move by cop Santos, I tried to explain to him that he should let us bust because he was taking unfair advantage, after a few minutes arguing with him, me and Santos was able able to go oob then he decides to disconnect, avoiding the high fine

Yep defiantly annoying and against the rules.

With only 38 hours, zveris is a pretty new player so may not be aware of all our rules. I will be sending over an In-game Confirmable Warning instructing them to read the rules and try their very best to comply with them all.

As for Rizzerz ([COP]Santos), they will have their COP Rights Revoked and required to complete Basic Training before being allowed to COP again.

See below for prime examples of horrible excessive force. During that chase, 80% Of the contact from Rizzerz was uncalculated excessive force.
