1:36:36 When in med/res, he starts to exceed the speed limit where the speed limit is 160. He ends up exceeding the speed limit around 1:36:53. When I warned him on the channel, he did not accept that he was wrong.

Hi Enes,

I checked Turguts driving for over 10 minutes on that replay and saw him only speed that one time, otherwise his driving was what is expected from MEDs.

MED Rules Wrote:11.2. Road Laws
They are strongly encouraged to follow road laws, however this will not be enforced as strictly as for cops. If they fail to, they can be chased and fined by cops.
Repeated and/or excessive violations may be punished by admins.

MEDs can sometimes break road laws briefly without any punishment as long as it is not excessive or repeated, which in this case it wasn't and he doesn't have any records of that, so i am not going to take any action here.
