Time of Incident: Roughly 19:15 GMT.

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
- 1:10:59.83 i did stop on the side of the road to end the chase and then he backed up and hit me so i warned him not to hit me again otherwise I would report him for it there is no reason to hit me

- then he starts writing in local chat (I'm sure he knows you do not see it on replays) he wanted to fine me for 50$ but because I said I would report him if he hit me again he made it 300 but who cares... i have no screenshots of the chat because i had no intention to report it to the forum until after he fined me and rammed my bike over for no reason other than being a d*ck and thinking he can do anything and a SORRY solves everything

today he is the unlucky person that made sure i made a profile on the forum (i have not since 2010) and wasted 1 hour of my life to report him
