- Replay Timestamps: 13:20 Kuroo was tailgating me and speeding, and since he had been harassing me a few minutes earlier, I brake checked him. But Boopington [COP] only saw me brake checking. When I talked to Boopington, he said Kuroo got too close because I brake-checked him.

Looking at the replay, it's safe to say the fine was justified.

Quote:4.9.b A cop may only initiate a chase for offences he has actually witnessed from his car, except where laser evidence is available.

69mob, from their perspective, could see you brake checking Kuroo.
Therefore, this refund request will be denied.
