The user in question decided to purposely ram my car several times whilst I was parked at drifters corner. It was completely intentional and no apology was made.

The user in question was clearly harassing a parked cop by drifting around you, and he also rammed you several times. As such, he will receive a warning and if he repeats anything of this nature in the future, further action will be taken against him.

As a side note, his friend shall be given a verbal warning for harassing you very minorly, nothing compared to his friend that you reported.
