Could be Vice City for all the stuff they put into the GTA IV and specially episodes of liberty city (Vice Squad graffiti on walls, Vice City FM radio and the comments "Fernando Martinez" does there, etc) or could be a entire new thing if they decide to change (don't think they will use SA maps before VC). But I'm almost sure it will be the same game engine, the IV and episodes cost 100 million dollars to develop so I'm almost sure they will reuse the engine for the V series (fixing some bugs will cost much less than developing a new tool, and let's be real the Euphoria Engine is a well done job [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0yvs6RJVVY] ).

Rockstar always do this crap, announce a date for the trailer then announce a date for a second trailer, then another one for the actual game.. Just put the game release date on fgs.

I highly doubt that.
It says 11/02/11 in the footer of the trailer-coming-soon pic.
That means November 2nd 2011. (That's when the trailer is released)

Would suck if they'd release the game a year after the trailer.. Very unlikely to happen.

Well alot of developers are changing to console gaming. Its no shock that there are rumours that Rockstar may end up screwing the PC Gamers over, again.
