about 2pm/ he crahed me and didn´t apologize it was like a ram. i was just trying to overtake.

So, he hits you twice in a matter of a few seconds. The first one is questionable - might have been accidental. However, he hits you again (seems like a pit) and thus you lost control. No apology was given. I'm going to stick a very serious warning on his URS. If he pulls a stunt like this again, he may expect a ban.
