Make the engine bigger. The more air/fuel is able to be burned, the more torque you will get.

Its the power curve across the RPM band. The higher you set the torque thing, the more RPM you can squeeze out of an engine (and vise versa, more RPM = more power (with its limits ofcourse, as at the end there can be a thing as too much RPM), but more power = more RPM if you use the high torque)

More torque (vs HP) is generally at lower RPM though.

Nah thats basic knowledge of engines lol. Automation is waaaaaay moreeeeee indepth.
