Robbe:

Robbe will receive a strict warning for wrong siding on the Autobahn and for hitting you whilst doing so. He did clearly have more than enough time to stop and turn around, but chose not to. Had he did the sensible thing, he would get no action taken against him at all. The fact Robbe did apologise for hitting you saved him, however he still clearly broke a rule. If this kind of thing happens again, he won't be dealt with so leniently.

Regarding the user who initially hit Robbe:

User who hit Robbe to the wrong side will be warned to check his surroundings (especially when on a fast road like the Autobahn) and to apologise when he causes an accident. He did not even indicate that he was going to turn left. I feel he was driving recklessly and improperly. He should have at least apologised.
