● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) I was being chased during the time, drove down the highway at the pits. I saw a white XRT in a distance doing something that looked like a donut but thought he'd move out of the way as we approach in a chase, however he didnt. I couldnt slow down enough and thus he stood right in front of me, blocking / interfering with the whole chase and making me lose it.
Afterwards, he did not say anything, no sorry, no compensation, nothing at all and even used his horn at me in the pits when I was standing there. He didnt react to neither what I said or what the Officer said. (All this is in the time of 28:20 - 30:00)
