I don't know if it has been posted before, but:

1. A (possible) faster kick-in time for the idle-timer;
2. Shorter idle-time for those who are being AFK;
3. Less easy to get rid of the timer:

Currently:

You start your engine, put the car in the first gear, drive a few meters, and stop again.

Idea:

When you drive-off to get rid of the timer, the timer won't disapear, but freeze instead. After several KM's (5?) it should disapear. If the driver stops within the required KM's to make the timer disapear, it will continue where it has been frozen before.
