timestamps speak for themselves i believe... i get asked to move, i move, but still get chased, stop for still being chased and get fined. or did i miss anything? got fined for something else?

some chatting to explain him:

(side note: yeah, probably not the best way, but i'm sick of Cops throwing around wrong tickets)
