Alright,

@2:25:25 and 2:26:45, the force be used was rather harsh yes, he could have pay attention, I would not allow that especially for the first timestamp, but still fine for the second timestamp.

@2:29:17, the user pulled infront of you eyes closed while you were coming from the other side, that maneuver is prohibited as the rule 5.4 state "Any force used must be calculated and tactical. [...] should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car.".

The user will receive a warning. If he is caught again, his cop rights will be revoked.

Action has been taken as described.
