2.) -1 - Personally i don't really like speedtraps. It's not the fact that you get fined for speeding, it is more the fact that people sit around doing nothing and not adding anything towards the gameplay. Id rather see them driving around.

3.) -1 - I really like the idea of having to tow people and escort them to pits, if you just let them reset their car most of the fun is already gone.

4.) -1 - They are free to block the road at certain incidents, however i feel a car sideways is much more visible than a tirestack. A tirestack will mostly completely take away your vision and make it hard for you to navigate your way around.

I know the road is closed, but when chases are trying to get past, you need good visibility to not screw things up immediatley. Besides most people will try to get past anyway and you ll end up with tires rolling everywhere till they despawn.

My advice is to get a very visible skin and put your car sideways to block traffic, much more effective.
