Report - [Formula] MUNA

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Well he clearly ignores sirens on his screen, he has total disrespect for the chase despite several warnings already, he continuosly uses horn 5. He then rams into another user at full speed near the roundabout. He is lacking much respect for other players and [COP's]
A ban will now be issued.

Action has been taken as described.
