I didn't say that it's a new idea, but in my opinion it was good when it comes to my mind. But that's true what you're saying about abusing it. It surely gives some advantage for some people from different timezones and that's why I'm changing my mind about it - that idea won't work at all. But, it came to my mind, I wrote it up here and you explained why it won't work.
