● Replay Timestamps: 1:59:20 while he block the road , and doesnt want to move for siren

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) : i'm really tired of telling this guy to STOP Following my chases , i doesnt want to lose more chases cause of him .. i doesnt want to Get rammed by him this is the 2nd report of him for following and interfering in chases , so please this time send him out for a while so atleast he will learn from his mistakes
