As I'm in chase, [TC]>Pete<[COP] pulls out onto the Highway which sends a barrier into me, and I spin out and come to a near stop.
As I am stopped, VTEC•Warrior[COP] comes towards me full speed, and hits me significantly hard.
Upon looking at the replay, he braked at literally the last second, and I think this hit may be purposely done.

An admins perspective on this would be much appreciated.
