VtecWarrior was setting his roadblock up but unfortunately didn't give himself enough time nor space. He was reversing into position last second when you came around the corner but he did indeed stop moving. Seeing as this is only minor and there was no unfair incident here, I will give him a warning/ reminder to make sure he gives himself enough space and time to do a proper roadblock. Thanks for the report,
