Just checked the replay (before using the above mod tool) and am struggling to actually see what you're reporting him for.

Could you be more specific than "he did not obey police orders" please.

Never mind, I see that he was provoking you by parking directly in front of you (and thus blocking you), which is against the rules seeing as you were a [COP].

A more accurate timestamp and description of incident wouldn't have gone amiss though! Something for next time.

He will receive a warning for violation of the following rule:

Server Rules Wrote:2.1. Do not harass police officers.

- Do not donut or drift around stationary cops.
- If a cop asks you to move away, do so and leave them to do their job.
- Do not block parked cops. They may need to drive off quickly.
- Do not attempt to disable speed traps
