This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Well I saw the replay.

The user was afk/brb on Upper Mannor road next to a barrier. He then saw sirens coming and tried to move but failed badly since ended up pitting you (accidentally) and blocking another cop (accidentally) as well. The replay doesn't show if he overtook the chase or not since it is incomplete.

The user did make a mistake and did not apologize but he did NOT do it on purpose. He is fresh on our servers with no previous records. Will receive a warning for not moving for sirens and clearing the path for a chase.
