Reason: Blatantly igoring sirens and chase on 2 occasions. First time i went to pass him and he spins me out into the wall. Yes, he did say sorry but he did have plenty of time to move.
The second time he was ignoring both road laws and server rules by not giving way at a junction and not moving for sirens once again as i tried to avoid hitting him. He then pulls on the road again, cutting me up.
