It looked like the player's intention to turn left, however with no signal, whilst also taking his time to do exactly that. He was actually still moving at the time the collision occured.

I think if both parties had talked about it, then a better conclusion would have been reached. If I catch the user online, I'll have a word with him. For now, I won't be taking action.
