It's not speed hacking. He was drifting/sliding everywhere he went, which makes the needle on the speedometer go higher than the what the car is actually travelling at. Therefore, the speed displayed is not relative to the physical speed of the car through the air. Instead, the rate at which the wheels are spinning.
