Hello,

Regarding the flip which Dylan caused:
I don't believe this was using any excessive force, I think this was simply utilizing the fact the [COP] was airborne, thus I will take no action on it.

Both Thijs and M S T K N will receive warnings for interfering in the chase, as they both helped members of the chase when they shouldn't have.
aLFd-raly will receive a warning for interfering due to him attempting to help as well.

I feel that if no one interfered as they did, the officer could have called for backup and the suspect could have been fairly busted and no rules would have been broken as a result.

I will leave this open for 24 hours in case any of the involved in this have questions or comments, then it will be closed and archived.
