Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Okay I have noticed this before, but have not reported it until now. I`ve captured someone speeding in the 70kph zone, but it says "josh frazer clocked 79kph/(some)mph and then a yellow ball

This is one example of this and it is really annoying. It should be 10%, not more.
As you can see on the picture, ThugLife is behind the wall and has clearly been in 70kph zone, but 78kph is not enough
