The actual wrong-way part was very short (like 20m) and the Weston rules explicitly allow doing that since the track is a lot safer than Autobahn sections on Kyoto.
The bigger problem was the gap in the barrier that let the suspect escape. That is in fact a mood-breaker which I personally apologise for. This gap and many similar ones are closed now. |
