Main reason(s): He keeps joining chases and his lag is really bad and keeps sending other cops and suspects flying and basically ruining the chase for the other cops/suspects. He was also told by an admin yesterday not to cop until it is fixed and he's still copping. It's just really annoying for cops as he just messes up chases.

Description of incident (inc date & time): Yesterday& Today. Unfortunatly my replay was not being recorded but i don't think it shows pings or lag anyway. Maybe someone else has one
