Hello

I think this could have been reduced had you have been on the right side. Presumably, Louis took a left turn to:

a. Simply take the junction and continue on Bridge East
b. Investigate the on-goings with the roadblocks
c. Dodge you, since you were approaching him (at a high speed!) on the wrong side

If you had checked the map and stayed on your side, Louis would have seen you approaching on the right side and most likely stopped at the stop line, allowing for traffic to pass. Since you were on the wrong side and just suddenly cut in front, it seemed that there was no choice.

This incident probably been dealt with better had you communicated with Louis, so please take that into consideration in the future.
