Incident 1 @ 38 minutes is the biggest issue here in my opinion. How you didn't notice that was your fault at the time I'll never know, you must have been very distracted.

You've had 3 previous bans for ramming but I hardly see this as intentional, just a momentary lapse in concentration.

Incident 2 @ 52 minutes was so minor I'll ignore it.

Incident 3 @ 45 minutes was a bit silly but Thijs did apologise immediately after realising his mistake. It didn't negatively affect the chase so no action is needed here.

On reflection, so long as Thijs accepts that the first incident was entirely his fault and makes sure he pays more attention in future, no action is needed here.
