Main reason(s): He was driving on the wrong side where everyone cuts the corner resulting in us crashing. Claims to have been going to park. 1. Who on earth would park there, on the sand? 2. He was clearly going too fast to have claimed to be parking. I hinted for a sorry when I said "..." He refused to admit any fault.
