Laptop Advice please

Mainly just for browsing internet, potential to use lightroom/photoshop

i even would at a push like the functionality to use CAD programs like Tekla which i use in my job

but as a few have noticed im not looking for a gaming pc and i know the limitations of my budget, i need it to be a laptop or i would have just bought components to build my own pc

im not sure about buying a laptop frame and assembling myself would this be cheaper ?
