Open for a rant about butt hurt because of terrible TOW/MED/RES units

Actually, I believe the total opposite, that there are units who do not have a clue how to flip a car without severe damage. If a civilian wants to tow someone, they should have more right than some nub with [TOW]/[MED]/[RES] tags who would do more damage than good because they are terrible because they want a quick way to make money after they lost their COP rights.

You can enforce any rule you want but I would rather be flipped by someone who wont poke and prod me for money the minute im on my wheels while thanks to their terrible tow, I cant steer or see without going to third person. Especially if someone is a known trouble causer, I would rather lose my KMs than be towed by them.

But aside from that gripe. If you cant "get the job done" move onto something else. Or if needs be, take off the tags and cruise or cop. I don't see a need for a new rule or anything else to be put in place personally.
