As Ras said, we need sufficient evidence to be able to carry out the report. The Youtube video alone is not enough I'm afraid as we need to take information from multiple angles (hence why we need an MPR file with valid timestamps).
If you can provide us we the replay of the incident, an admin will happily look into this to resolve the potential issue
