After reviewing the replay, the maneouver Octava performed was indeed illegal and should not have been performed at the present time.

I am fully aware of what his intentions were, he certainly did not want the maneouver to turn out in such a dramatic finish. This is due to multiple reasons. He wanted to block you, the speed was acceptable to perform the maneouver, but the timing certainly wasn't. Lag didn't help the initial impact either, the speed was relatively low, but the lag caused the violent rebound and suicidal effect.

Nevertheless, AD has a fair point. You have had 687 hours in total on the TC servers, 429 of them hours as a cop. On top of that, you have had multiple basic and advanced trainings. By now, you should be performing more promising and less suicidal maneouvers, no matter what car you have.

The maneouver could have been successful, but it was far too late to perform it safely and yes, mistakes do happen. He will receive a warning to take more care with judging maneouvers and performing them at appropriate times and areas.
