Translation for Rules, and Guides.

I'd love to take part into translating the rules into another language! As people know i'm Canadian french and could help doing it.

Not sure about the whole "Insim money incentive" thing as it's pretty much helping other players to better understand the rules.

I suggest we try to concentrate on some "urgent" languages (arabic, spanish/portugese, Finnish) first then move our way to less important ones (French, ?)
