Yes, this time it's pulled off, and clearly classed as a ram.

I have no explanation for his inconsiderate and overall rash driving, and I bet neither does he. The user will receive a short day's break from our servers to familiarise himself with our rules as he's just started yesterday and already racked up a couple of swear fines and his attitude overall has been pretty appalling.
