Simple accident. Will not be taking any action on this.

2:20:10 : ramming me
Yes here he is trying to get past and rams into you.

2:20:18 : blocking me and help the cop to busted me
I can see hes actively trying to block you and help the cop bust you.

This user has been banned for 7 days for ramming and interfering with chases.
