To be fair, the situation may have been a little better had you signaled. Seeing a car brake on a straight with no indication, is abnormal since one should have been expected. That said, there was zero reaction from CAN(TR) in terms of braking and/or dodging, despite being able to see you from quite far away (hence, a signal may have been beneficial).
CAN(TR) will be issued with a confirmable warning regarding this incident. Thanks for the report ~ TC Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
