Description of incident (inc date & time):

Whilst I was chasing a guy, Vito interfered by getting into my way two times on purpose : He steered his car infront of me twice and said he wasn't "paying attention" when I pointed out this.

I wouldn't have wrote this report if he didn't take me for what I'm not.
