It doesn't matter if you live on a private road or not, you won't be able to test the car to its full potential. Parts, DJ, are expensive and are way out of a £50 a month price range. Just save the hassle for when you are older and get a PC, you should listen to Don on this, he has some great advice.
To all the guys saying 'don't listen to you're on 13' There is no way in England he can get a car without insurance. In England, even if the car is a standstill, it still needs to be insured. There are all sorts of laws and regulations that prevent a car from being owned by someone who is below 16 and 9 months |
